Payments are processed by Stripe. RecruitApp does not store full card numbers.

We do not sell personal information.

RecruitApp may use public athlete, school, roster, staff, and program information to provide reports and roster reads.

If something looks wrong, contact us and we will review it.

We share information with service providers that help us run RecruitApp, including hosting, payment, email, analytics, security, and customer support providers.

We may also share information when required by law or to protect users, schools, athletes, or the service.

We keep records as long as needed to provide the service, manage billing, prevent abuse, resolve issues, and meet legal requirements.
