Refund Policy

RecruitApp sells digital reports, roster reads, and subscription access. Purchases are generally non-refundable once access is generated or unlocked.

You can cancel from your account. Access usually remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Canceling does not automatically refund the current period.

Upgrades may be charged immediately. Downgrades usually apply at the next billing period.

If you see a duplicate charge or billing error, contact support@recruitapp.com within 7 days. Include your account email and charge date.
